Licensing Agreement

1. General Terms

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User”) and Mecrod (“Company”) governing your use of Mecrod software products, including but not limited to Oraphim and ConceptViz.

By downloading, installing, or using the software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

2. License Types

2.1 Community License

The Community License grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes only. Output generated under this license may not be used in any product or service that is sold or monetized.

2.2 Pro & Enterprise Licenses

Commercial licenses grant you the right to use the software for commercial, revenue-generating projects. These licenses are subject to the specific terms, seat counts, and conditions outlined at the time of purchase.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the software.
• Modify or create derivative works based on the software.
• Bypass or circumvent any digital rights management (DRM) or licensing mechanisms.

4. Intellectual Property

The software and all related intellectual property rights are the exclusive property of Mecrod. Your license grants you no ownership rights in the software. You retain all intellectual property rights to the original content you create using the software.

5. Limitation of Liability

The software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Mecrod shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of the use or inability to use the software.
