MP4

H.264 MP4 is the general-purpose video delivery option for web, review, and common playback devices.

MOV

H.264 MOV uses a QuickTime container while retaining the current H.264 video path.

PNG sequence

PNG sequence writes one image per frame. Use it when you need frame-level recovery or image-based downstream work. Sequence export requires substantially more files and storage than compressed video.

WAV

WAV exports the active audio result without a video stream.

Not currently advertised

The public beta does not claim H.265, ProRes, DNxHR, or hardware encoder delivery. These formats should not be assumed until they appear in the application and release notes.
